REGISTRATION MECHANICS 1. KKB Area Youth Coordinators (AYCs) shall solely coordinate with The Youth Summit Registration Committee Representative (TYSRC rep.) assigned to the region to which they belong. Please keep all deposit slips for they will be used to claim IDs. 3. A registration form will be provided by the Registration Committee. The AYC shall inform his/her respective TYSRC rep. whenever payments have been made either by: Sending the transaction date and time, amount paid and BDO branch to TYSRC reps.; or Faxing the deposit slip to (02) 7365559; or Emailing a scanned copy of the deposit slip to TheYouthSummit@KKBmovement.orgThis e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . 5. TYSRC reps. shall send a notice verifying the receipt of payment, and confirming the successful registration for The Youth Summit 2009. 6. KKB Movement shall begin accepting payments on November 23. 7. December 21 is the deadline of payment for all JIL-KKB operations. 8. IDs shall be released on the following dates and venues: December 22 at the KKB Youth Center - for JIL-KKB Central Operations December 22 at the KKB Youth Center - for JIL-KKB Main December 28 at the Cuneta Astrodome (on-site) - for JIL-KKB National Operations 9. Lost IDs shall not be subject to replacement. The “no ID, no entry” policy shall be strictly implemented. The Youth Summit 2009 registration fee is P350. On-site registration is P500.
